At Michiana Veterans Fencing, we take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship. Our Limited 10-Year Fence Warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, ensuring your investment is protected under the following terms:

Warranty Coverage:

✔ Fence Materials – We cover defects in materials for the first five years after installation. If an inspection is completed between 4.5 and 5 years post-installation, and any recommended repairs are made, coverage extends for an additional five years.

✔ Repairs & Maintenance – Regular upkeep is essential. Recommended repairs must be completed as specified during inspection, with costs not exceeding $500.

✔ Gates – Due to normal wear and tear, gates are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Transferability
Selling your home? No problem! This warranty can be transferred to the new property owner as long as the original warranty agreement and contract are presented.

Warranty Conditions
To ensure your warranty remains valid:

The required fence inspection and any necessary repairs must be completed within 4.5 – 5 years of installation.
The original warranty agreement must be provided for any claims.
Acts of nature (storms, floods, etc.) are not covered and will void the warranty.
Any modifications to the fence without prior consultation may void coverage.
